#2 [mod_xinerama] Drag Floating Windows between Screens

Allow move floating windows via drag'n'drop from screen to another while using mod_xinerama.

Current status:
You can drag'n'drop windows from a tiling to another tiling workspace. The moved window becomes attached to a frame it is dropped over. Moving a window from a tiled workspace to a floating one will make the window become floating.
However you can't move a floating window to any other screen using a mouse.

I would propose the following behaviour:
- move a floating window to a non-floatin workspace -> the floating window will attach to the frame where it is dropped.
- move a floating windoe to a floating workspace -> the window keeps floating.

maybe holding some extra key would allow a window to keep its floating state while beeing moved to a tiled workspace.
