#586 Impossible to disable "backslash is SQL escape char" without restarting

• Open N++ and assume it sets the "Backslash is escape char for SQL" to true (see https://sourceforge.net/p/notepad-plus/patches/584/ ).
• Open an SQL file where backslash is used as an escape character.
• Go into settings, uncheck "Backslash is escape char".
• Reload the SQL file.
• Note that it still treats the backslash as an escape.
