This is an enhancement which saves and restores the view setup (files in MAIN_VIEW and in SUB_VIEW) when a session is loaded. Now, both views are restored when a session is saved and reloaded, even the remembered session when Npp is closed.

This solves also feature request "[ 1739497 ] Save and restore view setup in restart".

Enhancement Source Code for "Session SubView Restore Functionality" is based on 4.2.1 source code.
