#111 GEDCOM Language file

Hi,

I made a Language file for GEDCOM text files. The file extension for these files are .ged
GEDCOM text files are used by genealogy research software's. This Language file will put some colour to the otherwise boring text files.

I don't know how to add this file into the NPP so it's up to you what you want to do with this. You are free to use this any way you like.
