#1 Suggest typo fix and improvement

I just received this message box, attempting to run the
2.7 source distribution just after compiling it for the
first time:

SYS ERR:
can't not load the dynamic library

(Actually I received several other failure message
boxes before this one, that I'll describe elsewhere.)

I suggest

#1)

Fix the grammar to

Can not load the dynamic library

#2)

It would be best, I think, to actually add at the end
of the message what the dynamic library that just
failed to be loaded was, eg,

Can not load the dynamic library: foobar.dll

I'm curious if that means you don't bother with the
Resolution checkbox, or ... ?
