The language file has been merged in version: 6.3. Thanks a lot to Don Ho. But, the language file isn't working properly for some bug. it has been discussed here: https://sourceforge.net/p/notepad-plus/discussion/331753/thread/a2914d40/#0666
as of the last update (v6.6.6), now selecting Bengali language works properly.
