When I try to install the latest xml tools plug in through plugin manager, the following popup shows up:
It has not been possible to validate the integrity of XMLTooIs.dll
needed to install or update a plugin. Do you want to copy this file
anyway (not recommended)?
Then the same issue comes for libcurl.dll
