I'm using Notepad++ v4.0 on windows XP.
I haven't been able to find a way to remove Notepad++ from the contextual menu (when I right-click on a file).
Is there anything I have to tick in the settings?

Or.. -- I just had the same problem and solved it in a different way - you need to search for "notepad++" with regedit and delete and open with string - be sure to backup first! :)
