May sound heretical! but I run N'pad ++ with NoteMagic with files transfer and then use the NoteMagic Spell-Checker, it's very simple really. But I do look forward to the Spell Checker being integral with N'pad ++

It has no spellcheck and currently there is also no plugin available. But it's planed.
