1. Open a new document and type a text.
2. then blue document icon change red.
3. Press (Ctrl + s) -> Save as... window opened.
4. Press ESC then window closed.
5. red document icon changed blue. I did not save file, but it changed blue icon.
6. Kept on typing... but icon is still blue.

this is known bug and written many times in 'bugs' section,
many people doesnt look for the bug before write it.
