I've installed NPP on my Windows 7_64.
It runs fine on my Admin account.
But when start NPP on from my user account, NPP never opens, instead I see fast growing memory usage of notepad++.exe in task manager.
Anybody seen this?

Now I have removed all plugins to "disabled", and then I moved them back to "plugins" one by one for each new start.
Surprisingly NPP now works fine from user account.
