      I'm pretty sure it's a standard XP directory.  If you open Windows Explorer and enter that directory in the address bar, it should open it for you even though it is a hidden system directory.  (You may need to be running as admin or with admin rights.)

      If you want to see it, open Windows Explorer, select Tools > Folder Options..., click on the View tab.  On the Advanced settings: list, uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" and click OK.  Recheck it later to reduce the clutter.  --Joel

      This directory doesnt exist for me either.  I am viewing Hidden Files/ Folders but it still does not show up.  Is this a SP2 thing?
