On my desktop computer I am unable to save my file. I get the message "Save Failed: Please check that the file is not open in another program". I am sure it is not.
Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium.
On my laptop, Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium, there is no problem.

Are you sure you have the proper permissions to save the file, which entails writing to its folder and modifying all folders up the way to the root drive?
