Sorry, I previously posted this in the wrong forum.

I just D/L NPP and I would like to know what is the Function List button
for? When I click it (on the toolbar) it op0ens a window on the right but
there is nothing in it... how do I use this?

Also, is there any way to search in the help file for a topic such as this?
