Fold all: Ctrl + Shift + PAGE UP
Unfold all: Ctrl + Shift + PAGE DOWN
Collapse the current level: Ctrl + PAGE UP
Uncollapse the current level: Ctrl + PAGE DOWN

  Unfold all: Ctrl + Alt + RIGHT ARROW
  Collapse the current level: Alt + LEFT ARROW
