I really love Notepad++, but there is one thing that is a massive annoyance and this concerns the HexEditor plugin, but wait, not what you think...
I know about the stability issues reported and - yes - it also is not the greatest or most powerful hex editor out there, but it works flawlessly for what I need it for and I have NEVER experienced ANY stability problems with it.
However, with EVERY update Notepad++ does, it invariably detects its presence and moves the HexEditor plugin to the disabled subdirectory and I have to - again and again - move it back to re-enable it.
Why do you do this? If you did not want to allow the use of this plugin, well then remove it from the repository completely and if you wish to be so "fatherly", well then warn me if you detect it and OFFER to disable it, just in case I did not know, but don't impose on me and don't make the decision for me that I should not be using this plugin. I know what I am doing!
Please reconsider this aspect and if you can see my point at all, then please change this truly annoying behavior.

I'm having the same problem with MultiClipboard plugin and I agree - it's really annoying.
