Every now and then, NP++ 4.2.2 crashes on startup. There is no way to launch it!

Deleting session.xml fixes the problem, but is a pain.

How to reproduce:

1. Have 10 files in session.xml
2. The 8th file no longer exists.
3. actifIndex="9" (meaning NP++ tries to select the 10th file (0..9) at startup.

If I change actifIndex="9" to actifIndex="8" there is no crash.

So I guess NP++ is trying to select a tab that doesn't exist, and then crashes:

Faulting application notepad++.exe, version 4.2.2.0, faulting module notepad++.exe, version 4.2.2.0, fault address 0x0004dc41. (Offset 0x0004dc41)

The program '[2388] notepad++.exe: Native' has exited with code -1073741811 (0xc000000d). (Invalid Parameter?)
