I am also a fan of Pascal. Are you asking for help or are you just making a statement? Notepad++ does indeed support pascal and the highlighter for it can be customized. Writing a plugin for Notepad++ using Delphi was tricky but fidvo helped me a lot with his Simple Script plugin.

I'm not sure what you're saying. Notepad++ supports Pascal as well as it supports any other programming language.
I use it for writing in Delphi, which is Pascal-based.
