[SHIFT[CTRL]-[LEFT]/[RIGHT] are working wrong

the problem is if you press [CTRL]-[LEFT] it's working right, but if you press [SHIFT]-[CTRL]-[LEFT] the cursor jump over the word. in all versions this workes no suddenly not. Is there any reason why?
