CTRL+R Replace: also auto-select Replace text

When I fire CTRL+R the Find field in the form is automatically fully selected. When I tab through to the Replace field, there is no selection.
I would like the Replace field to be automatically fully selected as well, so I can see what was typed there before at once, especially how many lines and other white spaces, and I can choose to replace all the Replace text itself by simply typing a new one or pasting from the clipboard, as now works so easily for the Find field.
One more thing, I often select a part of text including white space like TAB or line feeds, and find myself not finding any match with CTRL+R, because the selection checkbox in the form is automatically checked. I think it is fair to autoselect the current text seletion in the Find field, but then not autocheck the selection checkbox. Could you please _not_ check the selection checkbox?
