I think its a good ideea to change the keybord shortcuts for To Lower/Upper case, to a much more easy to remember shortcuts like Ctrl+L /Ctrl + U.
It makes more sense for the shortcut of To Lower to be Ctrl+L, then Ctrl+U.
I don't agree.
But anyway, that's something you can easily change for yourself, using the Shortcut Mapper(in the Settings menu).
