An awesome feature for N++ would be an ability to work with projects. Maybe an XML file containing names and paths of files that are logically grouped and displayed in a treeview for quick access.

Or enable an external project manager app to open certain files to certain line positions, and even to close tabs. Perhaps via command line params, since N++ already only ever opens one instance of the editor.

I have the same request about the "UserDefineLang" file.

I would like to share the file "UserDefineLang" with other persons. But I would like not to share the application, but just the file on a network. Is it possible to define the directory of "UserDefineLang" as the directory where the application is started? but not as the directory of execution.
So I could use a directory on a network. There would be a short-cut to the application (in local) and the "UserDefineLang" file.

Good idea, I could use something like this.

ok, I'll do this feature, but it won't be in next release (v3.0)

When does the project manager come? Does it come? I would use notepad++, if this feature were included. Its Version 3.9 now, but the manager is missing.
