    Hi all, Quick question - Am editing my Bookmarks.html and would like to display content file without the codes and just be able to read the text only. This will help with arranging this rather large file. Any suggestions how this can be done. Many thanks…

    You need the tags (or codes as you call them) to be visible, otherwise you cannot edit the file properly. I'd suggest using your browser's bookmark editor, which does hide the tags code you.

    Fastest way? Ctrl+Shift+B

    Longer way: Click Firefox menu->Bookmarks->Show All Bookmarks

    There are others, but those are the easiest to remember.

    Ah! Sorry Bob, That editor…  I was trying to work outside that, seems a lot happens sometimes and sometimes things happen when you don,t want. I would like to do the editing outside and be able to save copies as I go in case I make a mistake and need to go back. I lost a bunch of work once and didn't realize it till too late. Are there any other programs that would do this?
