Notepad++ / Discussion / [READ ONLY] Open Discussion: Favorites hangs when adding to a group

In Favorites, I create a group under [Files] and then create a subgroup under my group. When I add a favorite to my subgroup, notepad++ hangs. When I restart, all favorites have disappeared. This happends on each and every attempt.

Any help appreciated. Thanks :)

  What happens if you close Notepad++ immediately after adding the group and the open again?
  
  Perhaps you will be able to add a favorite to the new group then?

  @Jens: Thanks for the fast reply :) I use notepad++ v4.8 on Win XP v2002 xp sp2 (is that what you're asking? Sorry if I misunderstood your question :).
