I just installed Notepad++ on XP. When I open the "?" menu item and click on any of the following (which I assume are supposed to be links): Notepad++ Home; Notepad++ Project Page; Online Help; Forum, absolutely nothing happens. Are these buttons supposed to do anything?

There may be an issue with your default browser. I think Notepad++ is just telling Windows to "open" a web page, without specifying a browser. If a browser has been made the default and if there are associations for the HTTP, URL and other protocols and file extensions, it should work. --Joel
