Nobody/Anonymous - 2007-05-10

I find using CTRL+Up and CTRL+Down (arrow key) very useful, but would be very pleased if this would not move the cursor along, i.e. the cursor itself would stay at the same vertical position in the edit window (absolute line on screen).

Is this an option that can be set anywhere?
If not, would you think about adding it?
