#4 rule box redesign

The rule box is too overloaded at the moment. It's hard to read the rule books, because of too much visual noise.

We need a cleaner rule layout, with context information sliding in as soon as the user clicks/hovers the rule box. This can be done with jQuery.

upper rule: as it is now. Too much information. Lower rule as it should be: clean and only relavant information. The "show" button will slide in all details.
