#27 automate build process

Automate the build process with ant scripts in a
special plugin called net.sourceforge.nomadpim.build.
This includes:

- fetching the current head (or a tag if configured in
the properties)
- compiling and weaving everything (all plugins)
- creating the plugin distributions
- creating the rich client application for different
platforms (creating the distributions)
- zipping the distributions

The plugin containing the Ant build scripts should be called org.nomadpim.build
and NOT net.sourceforge.nomadpim.build.
