[Nomadii-announce] Bugfix release of gnoii2

Recently, I have received several emails regarding several bugs in code
that deals with various parts of the startup, particularly the reading
of the .gnoii file.  These are now fixed.  Also, I have just posted
another release at:

Thanks to everyone who emailed me for the feedback.  Any other feedback
would be greatly appreciated, especially regarding the operation of the
multi-thread support.  Thanks again.
