    Hi everyone,

I initially found NokSync on Mozilla's add-on page, addons.mozilla.org. However, the latest version there is 1.0.29 from over a year ago. Now personally I don't download add-ons from other pages than this one. If the Mozilla page offers NokSync I trust that it's sufficiently secure to use. If the latest version is only available on the author's website I don't use it. I won't download it from there.

Same goes for NokSync 1.0.50. I'd like to try it - I'd also like to download it from addons.mozilla.org. How about submitting NokSync 1.0.50 to Mozilla's add-on page?

    Greetings,

    Sven

      Hi Sven,

Even 1.0.77-test seems to be stable, so I would like to submit it to Mozilla.
Unfortunately, they changed the whole interface and way of doing things, so I just could not be bothered to do it the new way.

I am now working on a similar but more versatile app: blueZync
      http://bluezync.kaarposoft.dk/

When I get this into some kind of stable state,
I hope to have time to turn back to NokSync and make an update for the newest (6.84) version of the Nokia PC Suite,
and then submit it to Mozilla again.

But you will need patience. Lots of it ))-:

      /Henrik

PS: I would not trust the Mozilla site more than a site like my NokSync site.
After all, here you get the source, so you can compile yourself.
On Mozilla you just get the executable, and do you really think they have checked if I put in a bomb to go off on january 1st?
