[Nmrshiftdb-users] New Release of NMRShiftDB

Dear NMRShiftDB-users,
last week we deployed a new version of NMRShiftDB to the servers. A major
improvements is a proton prediction based on HOSE codes or support vector
machines. These should give good results, although improvements can and w=
ill
be done. Other changes are e. g. the possibility to restrict all types of
searches to certain spectrum types. For a complete list see
http://nmrshiftdb.sourceforge.net/CHANGELOG. On
http://www.sf.net/projects/nmrshiftdb you will again find a binary and a
source version of the software and a database snapshot (not containing
personal data).
We also hope that we reduced the number of errors and increased performan=
ce.
Druing the change of the version on the servers, there might have been so=
me
problems. Apologies for these!
