#137 List of incomplete NMRShiftDB datasets

We have repeatedly been offered data with just
structures (e.g. as SMILES) and NMR data, without
assignment.
These data can easily be parsed automatically into an
almost complete NMRShiftDB dataset.
Just the assignment is missing.
Now, a NMRShiftDB functionality would be nice to handle
such incomplete datasets and to present them to the
users for completion. A user would choose a dataset to
work on, which would then be taken out of the public
list. The user is then given a certain amount of time
to complete the assignment (1-10 days, or so). After
submission by the user, the data goes into the regular
review process
