#133 Calculate GIAO shifts for all structures

Proton and carbon GIAO shifts should be computed for
all structures in the database. This should be done
based on the CORINA coordinates.
In order to achieve this, we need a mechanism to
generate Gaussian 98 input, send it to the Jena cluster
and retrieve the results back.
