#270 No access to spectra

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have just tried to search for spectra similar to the one I obtained from a natural compound isolated from a plant species. After typing the chemical shifts and pressing the search by spectrum icon, a new window with the results apperared. More than 300 compounds were found and the top one presented 91 % similarity with my spectrum. Unfortunately, the following message also appeared:

"An error occured. Please report this error to the adminstrator! You are also invited to file a bug report in the bug tracker".

I tried to see the comounds and their spectra, but it was not possible. Consequently, I would appreciate if you could help me to solve this problem.
