[Nmock-general] Future of .NET1.1 support in NMock2

For those of you who don't follow the dev list, there are discussions
afoot about moving to VS2005 project/solution files and relegating
.NET 1.1 support to a branch.

If anyone is likely to be adversely affected by this, now would be a
good time to howl.
