I just finished loading the software and everthinh loaded OK.except I can not get into the client. The icon is showing in the startup bar and when I run the mouse over it its says"NetMess is running, double clickto launch the client" But when I do nothing happens.
Any suggestions.

  What version of NetMess are you using ?
  
  HAve you tried to launch the client using the icon that lies into the Start Menu. If it still doesn't work, try this:
  - Open a DOS prompt
  - cd to your netmess installation directory
  - issue this command:
  java -jar NetMessClient.jar
  
  Tell me if it fixes the problem
