intstalling 1.3.1 results in such error to appear:

1155: File C:\INCOMING\INSTMSIA.EXE not found.

not cool.

I get the same problem.
Mine is on Windows 98 when intstalling 1.3.1

1155: File C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOPINSTMSIA.EXE not
found.

That is where i downloaded the file to also.
