Still not the "big" version leap, just a few fixes
mainly concerning the documentation and
the Makefile. The parser code is much better
now, too.

The next version of codegen will provide:
* optimization of x^y if y is an integer
* real derivation of the vectorfield (EXPERIMENTAL)

The package autotool has been added to nlstools. It is a AUTO97-post-processor, the purpose is the conversion of AUTO output files into "readable" data files and an interface to gnuplot.

These new releases contain several bug-fixes and a better documentation (in German)
