If you create an instance of the IniWriter class
through a class that does not have a BaseStream
property then Nini will throw an exception on the
Dispose call.
I run a software company where I work at least 80 hours a week so I just don't have the time to work on open source projects right now. The best advice I can offer is to download the source code from the repository and compile it. There's a Visual Studio project file in there so it should be really easy to do so.
