#14 Selecting and checking multiple blocks simultaneously

Now that we've implemented this feature whereby a lot of blocks can be unchecked simultaneously, it would be nice to be able to re-check several blocks simultaneously, too.

It should be relatively simple from a UI perspective... just add some widgets to trigger the action. Multi-selection is already allowed in the MOOSETreeCompositeView's TreeViewer, so from the UI standpoint we only need to loop over the selected elements and check them.
