Hi h_vogt,
I would like that you help me about pass a pspice model of a gate driver(LM2105) to ngspice model.
I attach the file.
Thanks in advance
Carlos
ok, I send it to you directly because I thought that there were some problems with sintaxis as in others Infineon gate drivers models, but in this case I have been doing test and I got the following error:
doAnalyses: TRAN: Timestep too small; initial timepoint: trouble with dbreak-instance d.xu1.d_d3
I will send the zip both models and netlist
Regards,
Carlos

Although I am finding this kind of error when I change the conditions, for
example, when I simulate for much time, instead of 1m,
I simulate 5m with 10n of timestamp or I change the duty, doing for example
that the V3 is 0.8 for example rather than 0.5.

What is the problem with this model?
Please post a suitable netlist (circuit) for using this model.

Finally, I fixed it, changing the Rg to 50 ohm and CBoot at 0.1uF.
