The circuit I am simulating uses this for the junctions between the
bulk and the source and drain.  Does anybody know if there is some
kind of spice3 equivalent?  Anybody have an idea on how I could
emulate this element using ngspice?  Any help would be greatly
appreciated!!!!!!
