Unfortunately among the ngspice maintainers there is no real expert for 
CIDER, so your future input may be very valuable to us.

There has been reported a CIDER bug which does have a real solution up 
to now (see https://sourceforge.net/p/ngspice/bugs/483/ ). If you could 
have a look some time or other ...
