#79 .tran analysis with exponentially increasing suggested computing increment

For some analyses it would be useful if the suggested computing increment of .tran could be set to increase exponentially with time.

I.e. some graphs are plotted on a scale with a log10 x-scale. For such plots, a tran analysis with a constant suggested computing increment takes very long to compute.
