Dietmar, I have to say thank you for helping me with issue 2948833, that is not an issue, but insaficient info I had about ngspice. You may see in the attached file, that I may get spectral noise density curves now. Thank you once again for detail and useful answer.

Alex, thanks for the testcase. I found the nan bug - it is an exp overflow in ninteg.
Will see how we can fix it.
