There are a lot of bugs, is there another version available that you took your screen shot from? You reference columns that aren't in the database, have if($variables) that aren't set yet, lots of little things here and there that keeps me from getting past the login page...
If you'd like me to help with loggin bugs I can, but if you have a working copy, I'd love to try that one out first.

What is your setup, os...?
It installs cleanly on a default FC4 setup.
I just installed a test pool w/ no problems.
I will work on installing one on SF.net for demo purposes.
