Since I just found this software to run the office pick pool I need to know:
How do you put in the Super Bowl Picks??? Looks like its there under advanced admin??? I don't like messing with a working install..Very little guidance on the steps??????
Also since we joined into this in week 4 since our normal paper based person is no longer around, how can I add the past weeks winner count so its current?
Ie: Billy Bob has won 14 picks + week 4 with 6 = 20 winning picks....It would help alot to have the current totals.

What you will need to do is add them manually and you will need to get the epoch dates to be with in the week for the picks to work.
Use this site (there are others too) to get the dates. http://www.esqsoft.com/javascript_examples/date-to-epoch.htm
I had to do this to a survior pool starting in the third week to get everyone up to speed...
Also write down all the participants id's or open another window...
I would use phpmyadmin to add the data, is a lot faster than using the admin backend. Then you might need to tweak the accounting a little to get it all matched up.
I wouldn't hold my breath on getting an answer soon from the developers I'm still waiting for my answer.
So since I gave up on getting an answer... I rewrote most of the code and got rid of all the shortcut php for readability and added some features I wanted and now I'm working on making the admin more admin friendly... IE displaying the participants email/un when editing a record.
