C# port of the FIT Framework / News: Recent posts

This is nothing spectacular, just a snapshot of where we are, this release includes excel support, web runner, no statics, and a few other goodies - please take it and send me updates.

For those that don't monitor the FIT forums, this branch is supposed to work its way back to the main one at some point. That is the goal.

I've uploaded release b2002-10-23 and checked in the files.
