Hello.

It would be great to add support for capturing ipfix standard fields 
225-230 (see http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipfix/ipfix.xhtml). 
Actually they're very similar with Cisco NEL's fields in netflow v9, but 
aren't being captured with current nfcapd, even with -Tall. Or shold it 
aleready work and my exporter is just broken? If I switch exporter to 
netflow v9, then NEL events are being captured well.
I am using software netflow exporter from 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/ipt-netflow/ for my tests.
