[Nfdump-discuss] Newly created profiles stuck @ 100% - locked

I was hoping someone on the list could help diagnose the cause of newly
created profiles reaching 100%, but then getting stuck at "100% - locked."

Here's an example profile:

I can issue 'nfsen -m TEST/TEST -U' which removes the locked flag, but the
profile still doesn't transition from "built 100.0%" to "OK." The profile
is created fine, based on the time period specified, but once it is created
no new data is appended to the profile and it forever sits at "built
100.0%."

I can't find "built 100.0%" through my searches, but maybe someone else has
experienced this, or can assist in diagnosing.
